Ms. Michelle did an amazing job with my grandmother's casket spray of white and pink carnations. She even suggested that we add baby's breath for extra color and fullness. The finished product was absolutely beautiful. She is truly great at what she does. The Austin family is grateful for your patience, professionalism and compassion during our time of need.
I wish there was something less than a 1 star. I'm still hurt from my brother passing away four years ago and I used this shop under duress praying for a beautiful order that I placed multiple orders that day to be delivered out of town. This facility overcharged me over $300 on purpose hoping I wouldn't catch it. I didn't. The floral company in my home state called me telling me to call Bloom Where You're planted because they overcharged me over $300. The considerate, professional customer service that Michelle offered was outstanding. She created a custom arrangement based on my request and added a few special touches to enhance the bouquet! I was so pleased. Very affordable! One of the best arrangements I have ever ordered over the phone.
We needed a floral spray for a family member with short notice! They did a beautiful job and we were so pleased with the results. We told the owner to go for it. Our request was that it be beautiful, told her the colors, and she went above and beyond of checking with the funeral home on the color of the casket so as to create a beautiful arrangement with multiple types of Thank you for your professionalism and compassion in our time of need. November my Mom and Aunt was recommended by Mrs Karen from Fisher Funeral Home (downtown).. they came to ordered flowers .. I can't remember the owner name but she was the best.. the flowers we're beautiful ..thank you so much
