I attended a sound bath session on Jan 11, 2026 for the first time! With expectations of releasing stress and anxiety, and to start my year off with the ultimate self care experience, calming my mind and soul! Kim greeted me as I entered and assured me that I was in a safe space, Rochelle led the session and she was very good! I can’t wait to go back this coming Sunday! I look forward to meeting Dr Rose Moten one day soon! I highly recommend BTC
I took a mediation sound bowl class over the holidays. I have done a session with sound before but the depth of the guide and various modalities she used was amazing. Try this out in the new year. A great way to rest and zen out. My favorite was the ocean sounds used.
I am so grateful for this space. My husband and I find full nervous system resets every time we attend. Thank you so much!
