Scheduled my hair appointment weeks in advanced with Hilarie. I placed myself on a waitlist and was kicked off. I called once with no follow up afterwards, I called the day before my appointment and received “I wasn’t here, what’s your name again? I don’t work on thursdays.” As someone who cares about customers and business, and of course profit. I would hate to be in the business seat and run my establishment this way. Negative experience and false advertisement.
Best salon around, hands down!! The girls there are amazing and I always get the best haircut! I have a very specific cut that requires a great amount of precision and I always get exactly that people comment on my haircut all the time and how much they liked it so I'm hooked!! ❣️
