Bloom Salon & Beauty Bar was recommended to me a couple of years ago. I've been going to Erica ever since. She always does a fabulous job and gives me what I want.
I came in for a cut a few weeks ago while visiting Tucson. Cindy gave me a great haircut! She listened to what I wanted and then did exactly what I was hoping for. Overall a great experience - salon was clean and relaxing, and Cindy was so friendly.
Chris is EXCEPTIONAL - no other word but truly exceptional! The owner, Erica, and all the staff pay great attention to your overall experience. Warm greeting with my name, love the warm towels, the head/neck massage . . . just all the touches you want. THANK YOU!!!
I had only gone to the salon while I was in town like twice and seeing that it had nearly 5 stars- I thought that I was in good hands. This place has a lot of new hairstylists working there as it’s some sort of salon school, but I feel like it outnumbers the stylists with actual experience I was really looking forward to my first appointment, but I left extremely unhappy and totally unsatisfied.
