I just had my first appointment at Bloom Salon with Gia! I am obsessed with my hair and so happy to have found a great hair stylist in Cleveland. Gia was great with providing recommendations and expertise to help me achieve my hair goals. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted. The salon has a very welcoming atmosphere with great service to create a luxury experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Carmen is hands down the Queen of blonde hair! I’ve been driving an hour for the past 2.5 years just to get my hair done by her:) She listens to what you want and you leave the salon with exactly what you asked for! Five stars all the way for this chica<3
