It was my first time going to Bloom Salon… I love the experience from the moment I walked in .. very welcoming.. My appt. was with Nikki, she was very professional, and loved her suggestions, and walked out very happy with the results… I’m so happy my daughter suggested this salon… loved the experience! Will definitely be going back with Nikki..
Posting this review because it is unfortunate that the owner/salon was unwilling to be flexible and asked that I pay for yet another appointment to rectify a mistake that I had already paid good money for. I’ve been getting the same haircut for almost a decade and it was heartbreaking to receive the cut I did (my usual cut for reference in red). Owner/manager refused to honor a request for a refund after multiple emails and attempts to explain the issue and asked me to spend even more money at her salon (another cut, colour)... read more
Everyone at BLOOM is Lovely. It’s such a bright atmosphere and all of the stylists work to help each other. Great vibe and excellent talent.
Best hair salon ever!!! Recommend it to everyone!!
