These folks are amazing. After calling what felt like every florist on the northshore trying to find same-day delivery on what I'm sure is their busiest day of the year, Bloom Room was the only business to answer the phone. They made ordering super easy, they were shockingly affordable, and the flowers were delivered to a sick family member's hospital room just 5 hours later. And the arrangement was beautiful! Thank you so much, you brought a ray of sunshine into what was otherwise a not-so-bright day.

The flower arrangement I ordered arrived on time and was a beautiful display of colors just as depicted. The prices were reasonable in comparison to other flower shops and they had different price ranges. If you are looking for a flower arrangement in the Covington area, look no further than Bloom Room. I have bought 4-5 arrangements from this company and always have had a positive experience.

I definitely recommend Bloom Room. The flowers for my wedding were perfect! She had excellent recommendations and created beautiful bouquets. The fresh flowers on the cake were gorgeous as well. I was a very happy bride.

Placed a order at this location a few weeks before hoco and they did a great job. When I arrived the main flower color was a bit off and I expressed my concern and she immediately fixed it to make it right. I really appreciated her effort to address my concern. I would recommend this florist to others simply because of top notch customer service. Thanks again.
