Editing my review because of their reply. I was definitely a client and had a handful of sessions with Chloe Houlder until I realized my credit card which was asked of me for future unaccounted cancellations was billed immediately after my sessions. Yes, many places bill immediately. Yours says 24 hours to send EMT. What does it say if you guys ignore that and just go bill a card within minutes of a session ending? That your policy is null.
