This is a great company to rent from. They had many units for me to choose from, and when I found the perfect one the entire process was super easy and quick. Kristin is awesome, very quick to reply to any questions or concerns I had. She also quickly resolved a hiccup I had prior to move in so everything would be perfect on the day of my arrival! When I purchased my second investment property it was in a different city than my first.
