I wanted to take a second and leave a review for this property management company. We have been living in one of their rentals for almost 3 weeks now. Thus far it has been so different to any other property management or landlord I have ever lived with. You want to talk about fast service? We had a problem with a leak in our kitchen sink. I was looking to switch property manager, I did a lot of research and was drawn to Bloom for a few reasons. 1. The Google reviews from tenants was amazing, it was nice to see so many positive comments 2. We have had a HORRIBLE experience in our home due to the owner, NOT Bloom. We've had to go to the LTB over the owner not allowing Bloom to do their job. Bloom has gone above and beyond and has helped us secure safer housing and has really stuck their necks out for us trying to help us feel safe and happy.
