What a great office. Wish I had young kids still so I could take them here! I went for a consultation for adult orthodontia and they were super thorough and knowledgeable. I have so much respect for doctors who are transparent and clearly not trying to sell me anything. The consultation was totally free, even after X-rays and scanning. It’s rare that I’m impressed enough to write a review, but I appreciate excellence when I see it.
Where do I begin, generally expect normal service and I do not write many reviews unless they leave an impact. My son’s braces bracket fell off and the arch wire was lost. Unfortunately, due to the recent winter storms back home in Texas it was unsafe to travel back to see our regular Orthodontist. I decided to call Orthodontists around the Long Beach area to get my son’s bracket and wired replaced after many many rejections finally Dr. Vu at Bloom Orthodontics decided to see us.
