They might be great! They could not accommodate 2 pedicures at the same time. They asked if we could do it one at a time? Who does that?
First time at this location. I made an appointment same day for hybrid gel nail extensions and removal of my current gel x set. The gel x set I had on had damaged my natural nails as the previous tech at a different nail salon over filed my natural nails. Nancy at Blooms Nails Spa was so gentle with the removal, taking her time and checking on me to make sure I wasn’t in pain. All my daughter wanted was gel x nails for her birthday. We had set up an appointment somewhere else weeks in advance and the night before the appointment the girl cancels on us. My daughter was devastated and cried so much. I immediately started googling for nail salons and came across this place. All the reviews were great. Thus is third time to make an appointment, and they never respect my time . They are rude and prejudice.
The staff was welcoming and friendly. My nails turned out beautiful. The lovely lady that did both my manicure and pedicure made sure I was happy with my color choices, with the shape of my nails. It was a great experience and I will be back for sure.
