I'm impressed with their work good for.
If I had a choice -0 stars for this one! Such poor customer service, never contacted me once during the 9 months she had my daughters wedding bouquet. I called several times asking if it was completed but she used many excuses why it hadn’t been done. I bought a container for Carol to make what I thought would be a beautiful arrangement. What a friggen nightmare and had to pay 100 dollars when I dropped off fresh flowers and then gave her a 100 cheque when I picked it up. There is no one I trust more with my flowers than Carol! During my engagement, she preserved my 100 ombre roses into a lovely shadow box. And after my wedding, she preserved my bouquet. Both of them turned out incredible, and I owe it all to Carol! Thank you for helping preserve my memories! :)
I posted my disappointment in May under Susan P. and as you can see she is just responding to me now. So she said to contact her to make things better, well I would like my money back. I had to take everything apart and start over. The flowers I gave her came back squished, very fragile and a different color. Pictures don't lie! So if Carol is reaching out to me now, welcoming the opportunity to make it right.....well then I would appreciate at least half my money back. Will you contact me to make things right? Thank you!!!
