BLOOM is the absolute best. I first met Megan through Parent Participation in SLO, where she graciously supported a room full of new parents. Her heart, kindness, and advice are exactly what any new parent needs. This practice is full of special women who genuinely want nothing more than to help us build confidence, resilience, and contentment as we navigate our own journeys through parenthood. This clinic was ultimately unequipped to handle our situation. Additionally, they withheld their decision regarding our continuity of care until after demanding and receiving payment for the initial intake session, which felt highly transactional and unprofessional during a time of severe crisis. I recommend seeking a practice with better administrative protocols for vulnerable transitions of care.
