My fiancé, who has a general dislike of dentists, went to see Dr. Bloom for a periodontist consult. We had accidentally written down the wrong date for the appointment, but the office was able to reschedule us to the next day anyway. (I will forever appreciate that one.) Overall, he found Dr. Bloom to be very straightforward and left the office with the utmost appreciation. I wish i can give him negative stars. First i had to get about 20-30 xrays done, maybe more, because their machines were not cooperating with them. Finally when Dr. Bloom entered the room, he kept his head down. Didnt greet me, didnt look at me. I tried explaining the pain i was feeling as i had went to another dentist prior to seeing Bloom about the same pain i had been feeling in my back right bottom teeth area. Filthy office and rude dentist! Don't go here! Had a top tooth repaired and the back of my tooth feels like a glob is behind it. Terrible job!
I pay out of pocket for there x- ray they don’t care as long as they make money even its there mistake they know insurance will only pay once a year I only visit there for cleaning every 6 months they should know before doing it.
Dr Bloom is Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Plus, the office is filthy and smells like smoke.
