Love the doctor. However front office not knowledgeable about insurance claims since you have to pay out of pocket . And hygienist had an attitude when I said I didn’t want to get an xray. She took it as a personal attack and from there on the appt. was very matter of fact. I think i will need to find another group.
Had a great experience at my dental assessment today! Chanel and Dr. Dandu were incredibly patient and took the time not only to complete a thorough assessment but also to get to know me. I especially appreciated that they were mindful of my insurance coverage and looked out for me by using recent X-rays from my previous office. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients.
I mean, who likes going to the dentist?! But if ya gotta go, this is where you want to go. It’s comforting knowing that they follow a model of care that considers the whole person, and decision are made based on what you really need for optimal dental health.
I love Bloom! Great visits every time. Friendly, prompt, and know their stuff. They took care of my problems and I'm progressing with great success. Thank you Bloom!
