Erin was amazing! So gentle and thorough. I’m normally a little anxious to go to the dentist but she assuaged all my nerves with her light touch.
My only regret is that I did not make the switch to a holistic dentist and Dr. Punjani and her team much sooner! I became a new patient in May of this year and have been impressed with the professionalism, empathy and knowledge Dr. Punjani and her team have at Bloom. The front office team is awesome! They are very responsive on the phone and to return calls, which is a struggle sometimes at other doctors offices. 1st appointment for a cleaning was a very pleasant experience. Staff is very kind and helpful. Appreciated their knowledge of holistic practices and flexibility to add things like ozone therapy.
Very welcoming staff! Dr. Made feel at ease and gave me all treatment options. We will make this our family’s dental Office. Very happy with all the services.
