I’ve just seen an add referring to “you wouldn’t do a hearing test without removing wax! My son attended the Echuca office today for a hearing test….learnt hearing in his left ear was not on a par with his right ear…reason been wax in the ear… When he asked for the wax to be removed - argh no we can’t do that you will need to make another appointment… This hearing test was work related paid for by my son…. Believe this was a way of making extra money for another visit…

I spent $4,900 on hearing aids and extras to the Televisions and phone to assist with my hearing problems..I called in to buy more batteries for my hearing aids and was told to be able to BUY batteries I needed to enter into another contract for $136 ...Absolute rip off..WILL NOT BE BACK
