Great relaxing atmosphere and fantastic service.
I had a great time the other day at Bloom. I was so grateful for the receptionist and the nail tech as they were able to accommodate me last minute for a gel fill. I am so grateful to Bloom and the staff for taking me in on such short notice and taking the time and care on my nails and doing a great job. Very friendly staff and welcoming and spacious environment.
Worst experience getting a manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had.. do not go here! I’m going away for vacation and wanted to try this new place to get my nails and toes done with shellac. I called ahead of time and was advised that there was a Combo deal for $75. When I came in I reconfirmed with the hairdresser that was working the front desk that it was $75 she confirmed it was. I had a wonderful experience today I got the Kérastase Caviar treatment with a wash, cut and style! It was so great I felt the price was a super reasonable for everything I got done, and the whole experience was very welcoming and positive, everyone was so kind the owner, stylists and front desk everyone was lovely will definitely be back!
Very disappointed..awesome pedicure. But customer service awful. Let patrons sit and wait. While techs are on their phones. Waiting an hr for nails to be done. Not waiting all day.
