I was so anxious about getting a hair cut after really terrible experiences elsewhere. Kim was so kind, patient, and she really listened to me. She talked me through every step and made sure I was doing okay the entire time. I am SO SO SO happy with my hair. I didn't think it was even possible to get a style I would like with where I started, and she made that happen. I cannot recommend her enough! I highly recommend her, and I will be back myself.
