Bloom Beauty is such a wonderful salon! From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely lovely to be around. The atmosphere is beautiful, professional, and makes you feel instantly comfortable. Alexcia absolutely delivered and exceeded all of my expectations with truly top-tier results. Her attention to detail and care throughout the appointment were unmatched. You can tell this salon owner takes real pride in both their team’s work and the experience they provide for their clients.

what salon doesn’t answer the phones? not all questions are answered on their website and therefore it would lead to a potential client to call. they made the choice easy to NOT proceed with booking this salon because of the poor customer service and inaccessibility. a shame - when you’re trying to gift someone a service that wanted to go to this salon. called literally 3 days in one week, multiple times with no answer and no call back.

Kelli is amazing! Was recommended to Bloom but no specific stylist. Was able to book very easily on their website, Kelli was the only choice for me as I needed to come in late after work. Even at the end of the day, Kelli was bright, energetic, and excited to do my hair! We had fun chatting and she listened to exactly what I wanted out of my cut, actually she exceeded my expectations!
