what salon doesn’t answer the phones? not all questions are answered on their website and therefore it would lead to a potential client to call. they made the choice easy to NOT proceed with booking this salon because of the poor customer service and inaccessibility. a shame - when you’re trying to gift someone a service that wanted to go to this salon. called literally 3 days in one week, multiple times with no answer and no call back.

Kelli is amazing! Was recommended to Bloom but no specific stylist. Was able to book very easily on their website, Kelli was the only choice for me as I needed to come in late after work. Even at the end of the day, Kelli was bright, energetic, and excited to do my hair! We had fun chatting and she listened to exactly what I wanted out of my cut, actually she exceeded my expectations! Kristy Moreno is amazing! My mom and I come to Kristy every few months for a mother daughter hair date. After a couple of years working with Kristy, I couldn't be more happy. She has the skill set, personality, and energy you need, when you want to feel good about yourself. I usually style my hair straight, but I appreciate the curly cut so that I can venture out when I feel like it.

Went in to dye my daughters hair and trim mine and touch up roots. $550 later My daughter's hair was left brassy and multiple tones. She is being bullied at school because they think she did it herself. My 'trim' ended up being like 10in. It went from past my waist to just past my shoulders. When Kelli showed me how much she was going to cut it was maybe 3in and below my chest. After she 'trimmed' it the cut ended up being above my chest. We are so beyond disappointed! Huge waste of time and money.
