Jasmine, the founder's reception and professional staff are genuinely welcoming, and focused on your care and comfort whether it's your first visit or your latest. I started going to Jasmine to get facials in preparation for my wedding. Unlike other places that I’ve been to, Jasmine took the time to truly understand my skin and adjust each treatment to my needs. Not only was every appointment customized, but she truly goes above and beyond to ensure that you are cared for, and that she follows up with you after each appointment to check on your skin. I couldn’t recommend Bloom & Groom enough, prices are reasonable and the quality of services far exceeds any expense.
I’ve been to many spas and this one is my ABSOLUTE favorite one!!! It’s more of an intimate setting/experience where it’s you and your tech connecting. Jasmine did my facial and my face comes out flawless each and every time. She’s very knowledgeable and explains every step of the way. Jomo did my massage and stretches your body like no other. Both experiences were amazing and definitely recommend them. If I can give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Can’t wait to go back.
