I called Bloom the other day a nice receptionist answered. I was setting up an appointment for my child. She spelled out *dead name* and I said yes. Then I kept saying he. I explained to her that my child was Transgendered. The ease of which this woman switched pronouns to he/him was flawless. So thank you.
