Working with Alexandra (who I found through my wedding planner) was honestly kind of magic. For our wedding, I sent her a bunch of different things as inspiration. Some color themes, bouquets from her Instagram that I liked, and random floral elements from other Instagram pictures. Полное разочарование. Заказали букет на 1 мая, оплатили, флорист подтвердила заказ и прислала фото. Когда попросили сделать небольшую правку (просто поправить расположение цветов), без объяснений получили “делаем возврат, до свидания” и тишину. Полдня пытались дозвониться, не зная доставили цветы или нет. Важная дата, важный человек, а в итоге цветы не доставлены и праздник испорчен. Деньги вернули только после долгого молчания. Непрофессионализм на каждом этапе.
