I really love this flower shop. Every time I order flowers here, they are always fresh and beautiful. You can see that the flowers are of very good quality. I had a very disappointing experience with Bloom Glery Flowers in San Francisco. We ordered a bouquet for a wedding event, and the overall customer service was very poor. When I went to pick up the bouquet, the staff member assisting me had a dismissive and condescending attitude. Instead of helping or explaining options, she repeatedly told me that I “don’t understand” and that what I was asking for was “outdated.” All I asked for was a nicer presentation for the bouquet, such as adding a proper ribbon or finishing touch.
