I appreciate the thoughtfulness and patience of the owner, who explained a lot to me since this was my first time buying a flower for a date. The owner also gracefully arranged a pick up time before the official store open time to accommodate my schedule!
Bouquet was done beautifully but Anastasia was very rude about a question I asked her. Maybe try to teach her how to treat customers.
