To say I'm disappointed in the service and treatment I got from Blooms is an under statement- i ordered a simple bunch of open lilliums for mum a week and a half before her service and paid $180 i happened to go into Blooms the afternoon before her service to find Ash in a flap telling me the lilliums hadn't open, that she'd been trying since Monday to get them to open - no phone call or message to tell me there was an issue.
