To say I'm disappointed in the service and treatment I got from Blooms is an under statement- i ordered a simple bunch of open lilliums for mum a week and a half before her service and paid $180 i happened to go into Blooms the afternoon before her service to find Ash in a flap telling me the lilliums hadn't open, that she'd been trying since Monday to get them to open - no phone call or message to tell me there was an issue. Always delightful and friendly staff paired with great value.
Ash was so lovely and went above and beyond for us to be able to get flowers out to our Nan (who lives in an area she doesn’t usually deliver too). Amazing customer service and we couldn’t be more grateful for her doing that for us! Flowers are absolutely stunning! Thank you so much xx
