Last year 2025 I got a membership here at Bloom in February. I didn’t have the membership for long so In March of 2025 I called Samantha (the owner) to cancel my Membership and so we agreed. All I have is a short conversation between me and Samantha agreeing that my membership would be cancelled and my card charged with a cancellation fee of $110. As a colored woman, I have never felt so unwelcome in my entire life. I cant believe the amount of workers that are so openly rude. Im a single colored mother and they've made me feel beyond crazy with me wanting to get back into shape after my miscarriage. Its beyond ridiculous.
