Bloom finacial is far too restrictive in its lending criteria. the company underwrites are too rigid in determinig reverese mortgage approvals even though they have absolutely nothing to loos in approving applications. Find another lender.
We just completed our reverse mortgage with Bloom. I was a little skeptical at first and procrastinated for several months. We had some outstanding loans that were becoming more difficult to make payments on every month, since we are retired and live on a fixed income.
