I have been a patient of the staff of Bloom Family since before they opened their current location. I have always been pleased by how I was treated, and especially their patient first approach.
If you are looking for a general practitioner that listens, I mean really listens, and then works with the "whole you" to lay out a care plan that fits your actual needs, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!! I see Ashley Carnegie, but I have friends who see the others in the practice and we all say the same thing. This place is wonderful!! I always knew I wasn't heard at my previous doctors. I’m so glad I found Bloom Family Health and Wellness! Claudia, the NP, is amazing! She listens, answers all my questions, and really takes the time to explain things. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming, and the whole practice makes me feel truly heard and cared for. I also love their holistic approach when it fits. Exactly the kind of care I’ve been looking for!
Very unimpressed with this establishment. I went in for myself at first with an intention to have a physical. Turned out that the first appointment was just to establish care (great waste of time). I spent 20 min talking to the assistant first who asked me questions, only to then have the nurse practitioner ask me exact same questions. I felt like a parrot.
