After experiencing a few miscarriages, I joined Bloom during pregnancy to make sure I was doing exercises that were safe and appropriate for me. Working with Naomi in class gave me so much peace of mind. I learned how to control my breathing, move safely, and prepare my body for labour. I’ve been attending weekly women’s strength classes with Naomi at Bloom and cannot speak highly enough of the experience. After being diagnosed with osteoporosis, It was recommended that I take proactive steps to strengthen my body and protect my bone health. I’ve been going to Bloom’s Over 50’s Strength classes & I highly recommend them. They are great not only for the benefit of weight based training but also for the mental & social aspects. Naomi really looks after every person individually in a caring & inclusive environment.
Bloom Exercise Physiology is so amazing. I attended the Bloom Beginner Postnatal Exercise and Mum's Strength and Impact classes after having my second child. I wish I had done it after my first as well. If you use movement or exercise to feel good about yourself or to improve your mental health, I would highly recommend these classes. Naomi was amazing at instructing these classes in an inclusive and positive way.
