As a result of this disciplinary action, Mr Boutros is currently banned from holding a contractor licence for a period of 10 years! Following this disciplinary action, the Department also sought to prosecute Mr Boutros under the Act. Mr Boutros has pleaded guilty and is due to be sentenced in Parramatta Local Court on 30/10/2020.
