Typical bank visit
Branch manager always seems to be sick, on vacation, or on lunch when I need assistance
The tellers I interacted with were pleasant, and helpful, enough. But the woman who seemed to be the branch manager was horrendously rude. I heard her snapping at a teller over something seemingly completely unimportant, while this teller was attempting to help me. Honestly, without her, it'd be a much higher rating.
