Booked a consultation with Johann and he never showed. After calling the practice to inquire why the therapist missed the appointment, he reached out later that day to say he was double booked and we rescheduled the consultation for the following day at 5 pm. Again, he never showed and did not reach out with any apology or explanation. Unprofessional behaviour especially coming from therapists.
No confirmation that my session was booked, no reminders. Seriously?

Extremely disappointing as I was looking forward to starting my journey to heal but I guess it's always business first and not sure why he never showed up but no notice was given and I was left hanging in the online waiting room for 1 hour before I decided to give up.
