Allison has canceled THREE appointments in a row with us, rescheduling last minute and completely disregarding our time. Allison, we have shown you a lot of patience, and we both understand life happens. However, at some point, it becomes inconsiderate to the people giving you their business. Do better. We will not be using your services and I will be sure to pass along this message to every single person who asks for a home cleaner recommendation- because I know who NOT to use.

I was immediately drawn to Bloom because of its beautiful, simple and calming brand. After meeting Allison for the first time, I immediately noticed how she uses chemical-free, natural products, which was a huge plus for me. Every time I get my home cleaned it not only looks and smells good, but it makes me feel good when knowing it’s being cleaned with natural products. Huge plus! Another reason why I choose this company is because it is female-owned and operated and I’m all about supporting women!
While recovering from a shoulder injury, I hired Bloom to do a deep clean in my house and they absolutely nailed it. I’m a recurring customer now and would recommend their services to everyone. Cleaning the house shouldn’t be an excuse to miss an invitation with friends or family. I only regret not hiring Bloom sooner!
Allison is great. She’s thorough, trustworthy, efficient and excellent at what she does. I love coming home after Allison has been there that day.
