We have had their service for a few years. They do a fantastic job - especially in the fall with all of the leaves!!
Signed a contract for everything to be done for a year - cut the lawn, trim shrubs, fertilize (4X), leaves picked up, and weeding. The lawn was cut but several times we have to request it to be done; had 1 or 2 fertilizations; no shrub trimming; no weeding except once; leaves were picked up but had to request it to be completed several times. It may depend on who you have for a team lead but ours was not good.
I have used Bloom Carolina for probably 10 or more years. Jay Casey (the owner) and his company have done different projects for me. The jobs include replacing my driveway and patio with brick pavers, a french drain installation, landscape maintenance, bush replacement, tree removal / replacement and landscape design.
