I ordered an arrangement for a funeral. Did everything online, zero issues and the flower arrangement was stunning!! Thank you bloom by Melanie for the beautiful arrangement!!
Friendly and accommodating. Made me a bouquet that looked even better than the reference photo for my mom’s birthday. Ready same day. Great price. Highly recommended. My god the roses are gorgeous.
The flowers I received look very different from the flowers I ordered, and while they are still gorgeous I am a little disappointed. I understand substitutions but when an arrangement goes from all pink to mostly white, a phone call to discuss options or at least a heads up would’ve been appreciated… kinda stinks to be surprised like that. It’s also worth noting that I placed my order weeks in advance so I do feel there was time to call me if something needed to change.
I probably should have gone earlier but it wasn't a problem. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lovely flower arrangement.
Only one word can describe this place. PERFECT! They go out of their way to make your selection memorable!
