Sophie impressed me from the beginning with her extensive knowledge of the musculoskeletal system of the body, how its parts interconnect and the role of neurological activity in maintaining health. She strongly values the mind/body connection. She established a good rapport and earned my trust early on. She brings professionalism, knowledge, skill, compassion and kindness to our sessions. Sophie is the most incredible massage therapist I’ve ever worked with and I love the Thai massage work especially. She is really in tune with your body, listens to you and changes her approach based on your input, and she puts a lot of positive energy into your body.
Sophie is an incredible healer, I have never experienced anything like it! She has helped moved stuck trauma from my body in real time and has taught me a lot about my body. She is has a doctorate level of experience and intuition when it comes to healing. Could not recommend her enough!
Sophie is one of the most talented bodyworker I ever been to. She has the unique ability to address the tension in my physical body through Thai Massage as well as balancing and resetting my nervous system through Craniosacral Therapy and other techniques. Her work is consistently therapeutic and healing for me. Make sure to book out in advance as her schedule is often full.
