So, I guess I'm not the only one who experienced the same as others who reviewed this place with a 1 star. I bought a 1 hour back facial on Groupon. Contacted the merchant to book an appointment. She replied but the time she gave me was not good for me. I wrote back right away and she literally ghosted me. Texted her 3 more times and called and she IGNORED it all.
