So, I guess I'm not the only one who experienced the same as others who reviewed this place with a 1 star. I bought a 1 hour back facial on Groupon. Contacted the merchant to book an appointment. She replied but the time she gave me was not good for me. I wrote back right away and she literally ghosted me. Texted her 3 more times and called and she IGNORED it all. Absolutely horrible !I bought a Groupon and have been trying to reach them since last 1 month to schedule an appointment. They don’t answer and neither do they return the voicemail. I wasted my $100 .

I bought a Groupon and have been trying to reach them since last 3 days to schedule an appointment. They don’t answer and neither do they return the voicemail. Starting to doubt if it’s even a legit establishment. Update: changing stars to 3 stars as it turns out the owner actually answers the number provided in Groupon. But I had already canceled my voucher by then and never took the service at this place. So call the number in Groupon not google!

I agree with the below review (by Olga). Do NOT go to this place especially with a Groupon. They do not pick up the phone EVER or return voicemails. So no way to make an appointment. You will loose your money. I received a Groupon credit but it was a hassle and waste of my time. This place is a scam!
