Terrible. The facility itself is fine, but the administration staff decided they saw fit to discharge my grandparents on short notice with honestly the flimsiest, fabricated excuses. If you are considering Bloom, find somewhere else.
I love it here at Bloom at Kokomo. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Staff are also very friendly and professional. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs an assisted living facility.
