I am so incredibly grateful for Dr Tognetti and Dr Reagan. I have suffered from hormonal migraines for years. Things recently escalated which was really hard to manage. This place is such a gem. I started going here a year ago for fertility support and now I am 25 weeks pregnant and still see Heather every month. All of the women, but especially Heather, are soooo knowledgeable and empathetic. I like to tell people Heather is like my therapist. She makes me feel heard and understood. Today I actually cried in Dr. Reagan's office. I was so emotional because I finally found a doctor that understands what I'm going through. I have a dysregulated nervous system that's so severe to the point that my organs are being affected. Dr. Reagan is very knowledgeable in the dysregulated nervous system, mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), hormonal imbalance, and adrenal fatigue.
