Fantastic building that is up kept very well and even better people. Mike the super is a fantastic guy and very helpful. All the doormen are great.
I just moved into the Bloom, and the superintendent and building staff have made and maintained a wonderful first impression. Any and all logistical worries are quelled, and the staff accommodates me promptly with a smile.

We just moved into Bloom on 45th a month ago and my experience thus far has been phenomenal. The staff always has a smile on their face, takes time to have a conversation with you and are willing to help at any moment. Mike the super is the hardest working young man. Always available and gets any request you need done in a timely and efficient manner no matter how big or small the task is! We moved in recently and Mike, the superintendent, made everything incredibly smooth, both during and after our move. On the day of the move he walked us through the unit, made sure everything was working properly, and helped us set up the appliances so we knew how everything worked. Whenever we have a question, he is always quick to respond and happy to help.
