Mike Kolenovic was the best, always responding to my texts at any time and helping with the utilities around the building.
The building is very nice with great and new amenities. Additionally, the team here at Bloom 45 is fantastic. The front door men are all very helpful and friendly and the live in super is very responsive and good at fixing up any issues. The location is great for anyone wanting a quieter neighborhood at night that is just one avenue away from amazing shopping and restaurant scenes.
As a new owner of this condo, I absolutely love living here already. The building is incredibly clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and pleasant place to call home. Having a Target conveniently located on the first floor is such a huge bonus for everyday shopping and errands. But what truly makes this place special is the resident manager, Mike. As a new condo owner, we are very happy with our decision to pick Bloom 45 as our residence in NYC. The location is great conveniently nested in Hell’s Kitchen and within walking distances to all public transportations. The building is new with all nice amenities. It’s pet friendly great for our dog. Superintendent Mike is super friendly helpful resource who welcomes and treats all residents like his own family! Looking forward to many years of exciting life in the city.
Bloom 45 is hands-down one of the most aesthetically pleasing and pristine condominium buildings in all of New York City.
