We just moved into Bloom on 45th a month ago and my experience thus far has been phenomenal. The staff always has a smile on their face, takes time to have a conversation with you and are willing to help at any moment. Mike the super is the hardest working young man. Always available and gets any request you need done in a timely and efficient manner no matter how big or small the task is! We moved in recently and Mike, the superintendent, made everything incredibly smooth, both during and after our move. On the day of the move he walked us through the unit, made sure everything was working properly, and helped us set up the appliances so we knew how everything worked. Whenever we have a question, he is always quick to respond and happy to help. We moved in starting from last year and couldn't say enough nice things about the building as well as the management staff! Efficient, helpful, timely maintenance for our apartment whenever we encounter problems. Amazing staff & building! Mike, who is our building super truly goes above and beyond his duties in and around the building and really provides the best care and advice for our apartment and the building as a whole. He leads an awesome team as well! If you're looking to buy, absolutely consider this building!
I’ve been at Bloom 45 for less than a month, but I’m already absolutely loving it. Beyond the beautifully designed building and unit, the team has been fantastic. Big shout-out to Mike, who has been especially great even before my move in and throughout my stay—super responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming.
