The salon has a really nice, comfortable vibe. Billy was super friendly and did an amazing job on my haircut and blowout!
I drove over an hour from Point Pleasant Beach to get my hair cut by Billy Del Russo — and it was so worth it. He was precise, professional, and truly listened to what I wanted. I specifically begged him not to go scissor-happy, and he absolutely delivered! My glaze came out beautiful — not a spot missed — and my hair looks and feels amazing. I’ll definitely be back, even if it means driving the hour again! Highly recommend Billy if you want someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing.
Been going to Bloom since it opened! Jess has been cutting my hair forever and I will never go to anyone else!
