Bloom is always amazing, always professional and always just what I need after a long week. Can’t recommend this spa enough.
Booked a 3:15 appointment on the phone with the receptionist, they sent me a link to confirm with a credit card number. In the next 15 minutes I tried to fill out and it was cancelled. They said they booked someone else. Very rude and unprofessional. I guess they are very money hungry or don’t trust anyone.
I had the BEST facial yesterday. Alaina (and all the girls at bloom) are so knowledgeable! Highly recommend

I had a deep tissue massage by Allen. Not only is he a massage therapist, he is also a fitness trainer. He is so adept at targeting muscle and fascia release as well as soothing relaxation. I appreciated the work, effort, and expertise that went into my massage. I will absolutely go back and request him. Thank you Bloom and Allen for an excellent experience. Tracy.
