I ordered flowers for my lil cousin college graduation abd did not arrive and they refuse to reimburse me.
A few minutes ago I wrote a honest review expressing sincere disgust and disappointment with my delivery. However, after seeing the owner's response I did further research and realized that New York Blooms is NOT Blooms NYC. I also initially got the companies mixed up. Just sent these as a gift across the miles to my cousin they arrived dead, and “disgusting” the absolute worst part was that customer service did not care, and was unwilling to assist with either sending something else or a refund! I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from them! Just terrible!!!!!
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with New York Bloom. These flowers were ordered as a gift for me to arrive on Valentine’s Day, but they were delayed and delivered a day late. When they finally arrived, the flowers were wilted and damaged, the box was the wrong color, and the note was ripped and mishandled.
