Love our new mattresses & top notch service from Margaret & Ben. BGM was a recommendation from my chiro. Originally bought 2, then came back to buy a 3rd one for the parents & will come back if we need to replace more later. So cool we could book & drop into the display room to privately test the beds (including outside standard business hours). Had a wonderful experience with the owner Ben. Provided excellent customer service and a bit of history of the business. The mattresses were the most comfortable I've slept on and better priced than most, if not all retailer outlets. Highly recommend
Highly recommended. From the start, the showroom experience is unique. You get to view and try the mattresses privately without any interruption. We were undecided on the firmness of the mattress and the suitability of the bed base, but Margaret and Ben provided great advice and a change-of-mind offer if we decide we need to change the firmness of the mattress. After shopping around extensively for a new mattress I found BGM via a Google search. So I booked online for a showroom visit. That was excellent. You get uninterrupted time to try each mattress - no sales people, no pressure, onlookers...just you in the room.
