I've been to this location a few times and usually visit on a Sunday, as it's a relaxed day when I don't expect much drama or traffic to get to and from this location, which is literally a few blocks from IKEA. One of finding this location is using Google will show the administrative offices across the street. You need to look for the complex signage showing the donation center. Had a rather traumatic and painful experience today at the Renton location. I am quite shaken and so upset at how I was treated today by the attending techs (not the front desk or person screening me, they were amazing and were a super positive initial experience). I had run into a tech (Karesa I think with silver hair) that I had previous issue with at the Bellevue location with how dismissive, curt and presumptuous her behavior was towards me. Clean and bright, convenient location. I’ve donated here about 10 times now. Staff is generally very friendly and always professional. Plus, great assortment of good quality snacks for after you donate!
