I was looking for a Jimny almost 10 years ago and couldn't find anyone to talk to back then and I ended up getting my Jimny at Bendigo Suzuki (they were fantastic btw!) Initially, I didn't have any problems when I was having my 2016 Jimny serviced there when it was new. I loved picking up my freshly serviced and washed Jimny with its shiny tyres! Extremely disappointing experience. I brought my Suzuki car key to this authorized service center after it malfunctioned during the warranty period. Without any proof of misuse or physical damage, they demanded a $100 “inspection fee.” Worse, they refused to return my key unless I paid the fee — essentially holding my property hostage.
