I was looking for a Jimny almost 10 years ago and couldn't find anyone to talk to back then and I ended up getting my Jimny at Bendigo Suzuki (they were fantastic btw!) Initially, I didn't have any problems when I was having my 2016 Jimny serviced there when it was new. I loved picking up my freshly serviced and washed Jimny with its shiny tyres! Extremely disappointing experience. I brought my Suzuki car key to this authorized service center after it malfunctioned during the warranty period. Without any proof of misuse or physical damage, they demanded a $100 “inspection fee.” Worse, they refused to return my key unless I paid the fee — essentially holding my property hostage. Couldn't sleep last night with worry. They provide you with a loaner car while they investigate the issue with your vehicle under warranty. To acquire that loaner car you need to sign that if an accident in that car is deemed your fault, then $1500 is payable by you and No copy of what you have just signed is furnished to you.
