Have had the worst service almost for 5 years straight, I would go else where but unsure if it would effect my warranty. I was charged out of warranty/out of pocket for two recurring problems that I’m sure that weren't even “professionally” fixed the first time. These problems reported on more than one occasion. There’s also no complimentary care cleans or washes, considering and how much a general service costs and other competing dealers, I didn’t think this would be too much to ask, especially when requested. Worst customer service ever. 3 year old car was starting to grow rust all over the paint! Not on chipped paint. It’s growing all on top of the paint everywhere! Last time I waited a year to hear back for a new stereo I never heard back I got my father involved and within a week they fixed my stereo. After I was calling them for over a year!
