Hired bloodhound to conduct private locates for a fence and bollards installation. Told them exactly where I was putting the fence so we wouldn’t hit anything when we dug the post holes. We hit a drain line, irrigation, and comms lines. Bloodhound failed to do the thing we hired them to do, and when we asked them to pay for the repairs it became an argument. Avoid this company.
Very professional company, met and exceeded expectations, and friendly staff. If you have residential Xfinity/Comcast, have Blood Hounds number on file as Xfinity will claim they don't and won't trace your line and let your construction project get hard stopped because of their incompetence. I hired this company back on 2/25/2022 after purchasing a large property. I wanted all utilities mapped as I had a few projects I planned to tackle on my own in the future.
