Waited 2 weeks to tell me my stool sample was being rejected. Then could not find my second stool sample I had to redo. Lack of communication between other branches such as the gastroenterology branch in Carmel. Either Lost my stool sample for a couple weeks or refused to send it to my gastro. Could have been my gastroenterologist’s fault but no one told me where the error was.
Although you can make an appointment, I've been going here for years + have never needed to make one. Because I'm a patient of Danbury Hospital (Nuvance) I don't need to bring a hard copy of my doctor's orders for lab work. My paperwork is automatically placed in the computer system by my medical professionals. The employees have been consistently efficient + professional.
