What is the point of scheduling appointments if there is still an hour wait or more past your appointment time.
Absolutely awful experience this morning. I took my 4 year old to get bloodwork done. Obviously I made an appointment prior to going. I specifically asked the receptionist if they specialize in kids because clearly my daughter is little and it’s a scary experience. She assured me they did. When we went in the girl did not one word to my daughter. She barely spoke to me; just asked me to sign forms.
