Having just had our latest log burner from Blood Brothers of Wirksworth, we feel compelled to provide this review. The team in the office/showroom were knowledgeable and helpful and their "no pressure" approach was much appreciated. The range of stoves on display helped to make our choosing a pleasurable event. The fitters - Ethan and Jack - were extremely pleasant and polite and they carried out the installation with the minimum of disruption and inconvenience. Visiting the Show Room at Wirksworth was well worth it to see various stoves set up and working rather than photos online etc. The staff were very helpful and arranged for Tom Blood to visit us to give advice and a quote. Tom was passionate about their work and this made us feel confident to book them for the work on our fireplace etc. Ash and Mark came out to do the work. They were brilliant in every way. Always friendly and helpful. Had two multi-fuel stoves from them over the years and the back up service (chimney sweep, concrete flew installation etc) has been excellent.
Can't fault them, professional, friendly and did a good job despite the weather (very snowy at the time)
