I explained to the lady I drove an hour round trip and she refused to help me dump my blood even though I couldn't make an appointmet due to their error in their system

Every time I come to this location they are extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I continue to come back to this location because of how much they are on it.
Don’t waste your time coming here if you are on TRT. Scheduled an appointment with doctors orders sent to this clinic for a double red donation and was refused but was allowed to donate whole blood. Absolutely a waste of time as they failed to tell me this when scheduling the appointment. GO TO RED CROSS instead.
