Every time I come to this location they are extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I continue to come back to this location because of how much they are on it.
Don’t waste your time coming here if you are on TRT. Scheduled an appointment with doctors orders sent to this clinic for a double red donation and was refused but was allowed to donate whole blood. Absolutely a waste of time as they failed to tell me this when scheduling the appointment. GO TO RED CROSS instead.
I am a nervous wreck when it comes to blood donation. Ayana was amazing and walked me through each step of the process. I have give at the American Red Cross before and I would have to say this group at Blood Assurance was just terrific. Ayana is a great employees and I greatly appreciate her courtesy and empathetic bedside manner. Highly recommend.
