I made an appointment more than a month in advance. Arrived at the office early to complete paperwork to find four people in outer office. I waited for 10 minutes for the receptionist to get to me and when she did she said that they were running late. Approximately 40 minutes or so, she said, however, with an eye exam and two other clients ahead of me the wait would have been longer.
