Unfortunately, I tried to call to make an appointment after reading many nice reviews. I was unable to reach anyone and just planned to call later. I received a text from an unrecognized number, that simply said "can I call you later", I replied, "who is this?" and woke up the following day to this message "Why are you calling my # and asking who WE ARE?" Just went about a month ago. I was hesitant to make a review. I have a few things I didn’t like. First off, Gina pulls hair a lot, she’s not very tactful. I’m not saying she is not talented, she definitely is but she’s very rough.....I was not happy about that...my hair looked beautiful at the end but, after a couple of showers in warm water, not hot, warm my hair dye kept falling out. Whatever product she uses is super cheap and I paid $500 with tip!!! I don’t think I will be coming back here.
